We are seal & gasket producer of European origin with operations in 7 countries worldwide. For the newly established Indonesian set up in Bekasi, we are in search for highly motivated and qualified person with the following qualifications to join our team:

Company Secretary
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Assist Director and Commissioner in daily business activities,
• Handle all types of correspondences via letters, faxes, emails as well as drafting and dictation,
• Arrange all travel, accommodation and other miscellaneous items,
• Arrange and schedule meetings or appointments, organizing and preserving papers, computer files and jobs both from Director and Commissioner,
• Keep records of business meetings, more importantly, to be reliable and able to keep a secret of the information.

Requirements:

• Female, max 28 years old,
• Bachelor (S1) degree/Diploma (D3) majoring in Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent from reputable University/Academy,
• Fresh graduate or experienced will be appreciated more,
• Excellent computer skills of Microsoft Office spread sheet,
• Discipline, proactive, highly committed, good integrity, good behavior, well organized, quick learner, good teamwork, having initiative & open minded,
• Able to work under pressure and deadline oriented,
• Fluency in English both speaking and writing is a must.
