Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Female with minimum 1years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point )
• Well organized, attentive to detail, proactive, smart, hard working, self driven, fast learner, trustworthy, self confidence, communicative and able to work independently or in team
• Proficient in handling administration and operational tasks. 

Job Description:

• Handling all confidential matters, contracts, documents and general correspondence
• Handling office small expenses
• Word processing and filling : organizing and maintaining information

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tanman Anggrek Condominium Tower2#24H.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
