Facility Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Facilities Manager in managing  all aspects of the office facilities including but not limited to the following activities:
  • Repair and maintenance of equipment, furniture & fittings
  • General tidiness and cleanliness of the facility
  • Supply of stationery, printing, kitchen & sundry items
  • Response to environment & safety issues as directed by the Facility Manager
  • Involvement in fit out and refurbishment projects as they relate to facilities management
  • Liaison with workplace provisioning staff in relation to churn coordination, assisting with tasks related to facilities management
  • Liaison with the Building Manager of the facility, and other relevant contractors
  • Site security, including guard services and access control systems
  • Liaison with workplace provisioning staff to ensure floor plans and occupancy records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Processing and checking of invoices related to facilities management, including preparation of accruals on a monthly basis.
  • Being proactive in identifying and implementing more efficient and/or cost-effective processes.  
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
