We are a private design and art company based in Jakarta.Due to business growth, we are seeking professional and qualified candidate which has an experienced in the same area to join our team, and grow with us as:
Secretary and Finance Administrator
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
  • The Secretary is responsible for recording minutes of meetings, ensures their accuracy, and availability, proposes policies and practices, submits various reports to the board, and performs other duties as the need arises and/or as defined by arrangement.
  • Assist with payments for personal finances, prepare Monthly Accounts Report and prepare Monthly Maintenance Payment Report (Electricity Bill/Phone Bill), include Assist with payments for external orders
  • Makes follow up on orders: Furniture, Branding/Fabrics/Manufacturing, reply to sales requests for artwork and help organize artist expeditions 
Requirements:
  • Female, Single, maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum D3 majoring in Secretarial background from reputable Academy, Akademi Sekretaris / LPK Tarakanita / London School Preferred or Design Interior or Advertising backgound
  • Minimum 2 years experience in creative company.
  • Good appearance, good looking and attitute
  • Excellent sourcing skills, extremely resourceful, adaptive to tasks
  • Flexible personality, attractive, love to learn and have good ability to build relationships
  • Trustworthy, dedicated, highly self motivated, good initiative, hard worker and available occasional work duties
  • Emotionally mature
  • Focused and good at critical analysis
  • Able to work under high pressure and date line
  • Have an excellent to handle multiple task.
  • Able to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filing documents and able to perform multi tasking skills
  • Able to make a minutes meeting, writing report, organizing and manage agendas
  • able to assist on travel bookings
  • Proficient with Ms Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet
  • Can work as a team and individually
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill in both Indonesia and English
  • Excellent Communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Able to start working immediately.
